Relative `Home Page URL`s and `Article URL`s are not presented correctly.

When a feed has URLs relative, NetNewsWire Version 6.1 (6106) doesn't make them absolute by combining with the Feed URL, instead leaves them relative.

Example:

  • Feed URL: https://www.qemu.org/feed.xml
  • Home Page reference:
    <link href="/" rel="alternate" type="text/html" />

  • Article reference:
    <entry>
      <title type="html">QEMU version 7.0.0 released</title>
      <link href="/2022/04/19/qemu-7-0-0/" rel="alternate" type="text/html" title="QEMU version 7.0.0 released" />

  • Presented Home Page URL: http:///
  • Presented Article URL: /2022/04/19/qemu-7-0-0/

Another example: https://neverworkintheory.org/atom.xml

This feed's latest article is named "That Went Well". Tapping its headline text takes no action. The URL from the Share toolbar button, then Copy, is: /2022/04/30/that-went-well.html

The first link in the article is "first online event". Tapping the link also takes no action.
