Manage GitHub (and other) organization secrets
We are using GitHub secrets all across the Raku and raku-community-modules organization; some repositories include also secrets for other organizations, like Docker Hub. However, it would be really convenient to have org-wide secrets, to be able to have org-wide repositories in Dockerhub, CircleCI or elsewhere. GitHub provides a safe way to store and use them.
How can I help to put secret into the org level?
Well, you're assigned by default to this kind of things. I can do it myself, I guess, but the point is that we should establish a policy for this kind of things, which you should probably enforce (or carry out, depending on what we decide). You might give us some feedback on what would be preferable, org-wide secrets, or anyone in their own managed repo do what they need.
Now there's the additional problem of managing Docker Hub secrets. There might be other in the future, as rate limitations or any other kind of restrictions kick in.
