Tesseract Italian data unrecognized

Hello,

Thank you very much for your helpful app, but I have a problem to report.

I read in the info that TextSnatcher uses Tesseract for character recognition.

Well, Italian doesn't appear in the app menu, even though the Italian language file is installed, so it's not being recognized. Please add the Italian language, perhaps even in the app's local menus.
