Prevent Rainway from turning off GameDVR
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever I start my PC, I have Rainway start on startup. This disables my GameDVR. I have lost several moments due to GameDVR not being enabled when I need it. I have heard on the Discord server from Jon that GameDVR might be automatically disabled for performance reasons.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like a toggle to prevent Rainway from disabling GameDVR.
Describe alternatives you've considered I COULD manually re-enable GameDVR every time I restart my computer, but it's a royal pain, and I usually forget, leading to lost recordings.

I think GameDVR might have some impact on performance but I am not aware of reasons we should disable it. GameDVR might be competing with Rainway for system resources offering video remoting and some times the collision might be critical (AMD GPUs are coming to mind first). Perhaps it should be a good idea to disable GameDVR by default during streaming, restoring the original setting and maybe have our checkbox somewhere to disable this behavior and leave it alone at all.
Maybe there are other reasons to do otherwise which I am missing here.
Rainway SHOULD be warning the user that GameDVR can have an impact on Rainway's performance and ask the user if they want to disable GameDVR, instead of outright disabling it without asking.
Game Bar continues to be disabled by Rainway at launch in Windows 10 version 1903. Microsoft is moving more gaming-related functionality into the Game Bar feature, and it shouldn't continue to be disabled automatically.
