I can not build it

I add Devil.dll fmodex.dll ILU.dll Ilut.dll System.half.dll tao.devil.dll, and still can't build. When I click the 'run' button in VS, it says cant load the fmod.dll, but the dll is just there!!

As the error says, you need fmod.dll not fmodex. You will find it in FMOD Studio API.
