Turkish Charachters like çöşçğıİ doesn't work

These special charachters doesn't work and look like a chineese charachters.

I missed template, I am using paper 1.14.4, and latest version of this plugin. I tried both chineese and korean replace setting. Emojis working but when my players type çöşğüiİ these charachters also look like chineese or korean
