Please move away from PySimpleGUI

Please move away from PySimpleGUI for the real time GUI. I, and many many others do not trust the company behind this software as they have closed off access to running binary data in their library and moved to a pay to play gatekeeping window where the "free for hobby" path can be shut down at any time. No longer can we be sure what this software is actually doing nor what data it is collecting behind the scenes. They have deleted all previous commits leaving contributors that built the software in the dark.

This is a dying library and its a good idea if no one uses this library as it takes its last breaths.
