Generate a complete weight table for different KPs used in ARAX for improving ranking algorithm

Derived from issue #2334, in the recent AHM meeting, we plan to generate a weight table for different KPs used in ARAX, which will be finally included in the ranking algorithm to improve the ARAX results.

Based on the AHM discussion, we will do the following steps:

1. Need help from @ecwood to review and assess the portion of "data mining" from all KPs
2. @chunyuma can go through some papers about DrugBank and DrugCentral, to see how reliable for these databases.
3. @chunyuma will generate a weight table that will be included in the ranking algorithm based on @ecwood's feedback.
