/meta_knowledge_graph includes invalid edge predicates

As part of Ranking Agent's KP registry service, we get and validate the meta_knowledge_graph of all smart api KP registrations. We're currently excluding RTX-KG2 because it has multiple edge predicates that are rename:located_in, which is invalid.

I've found the bug and opened a high-priority issue in the RTX-KG2 repo for this (RTX-KG2 issue 201) and assigned it to @acevedol to implement, test, and roll out the fix. Updates will be posted to the RTX-KG2 issue thread.
