A bug from "infores:ncbi-taxonomy" data source in KG2?
Hi @saramsey and @acevedol,
I might find a bug for the edge from "infores:ncbi-taxonomy" data source in KG2. I'm wondering whether it is due to the version problem. If so, do we need to update that data source?
So here is the problem:

The above screenshot shows a subgraph of "biolink:OrganismTaxon" nodes. All nodes in this subgraph belong to "biolink:OrganismTaxon" category. In this subgraph, I found that the triple "UMLS:C4437748 -> biolink:subclass_of -> UMLS:C2661047" should be wrong because based on the current lineage information of Methylotetracoccus oryzae (a microorganism name), the "UMLS:C4437748" node should point to "UMLS:C0025807" instead of "UMLS:C2661047". I guess this bug might be due to the old version of NCBI Taxonomy data source that we used.
Thank you @chunyuma for reporting this.
Lili, are we pulling the latest NCBI taxonomy ontology via http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ncbitaxon/subsets/taxslim.owl ?
