devcontainer is broken

Hi,

ever since changing the docker image source, the devcontainer is broken. I wanted to fix it but saw that @VerifiedJoseph has a working dev container for his own youtube rss project.

This is a plead to joe to create a PR to fix the devcontainer for rssbridge :)

kindly pinging @VerifiedJoseph again. I tried again and didnt get it to work as I'm not sure which dependencies i'm missing
