[Feature]: Implement support for taskbar Jump-List on Windows

It is pretty common among Windows applications to have a "jump-list" on the taskbar. This could be anything from common tasks like messages, notifications etc. on the My Phone application, to a simple MRU list. I would love for MapTool to have a jump list for at least, the recently used campaign.
The Solution you'd like
I realize that this would only benefit Windows users, and I have no idea of the demographics of MapTool users. But it would be extremely nice to have a jump list for recently used campaign files. I have a shortcut to MapTools on my Taskbar, and since I usually have at least a couple of campaign files I am switching between it would be extremely convenient to be to just right-click on the taskbar shortcut and select the campaign file I wish to work on.
