Offer a way to get to the MapTool download from TokenTool

Where should this go? On the Credits screen or right on the Help Menu? Or?

I think I’d put it in two places — Near the credits and near the links to documentation. So perhaps a button or link in the About dialog (pulling the link from properties? Or just linking to MapTool.rptools.net? Other?), and a menu option on the Help menu (using the TT logo as the image to display).
