still have some fail test cases when running smoke_test.sh. I'm investigating the scheduling result.

@poyenc @illsilin ROCm 6.2.1 is still using release/rocm-rel-6.2 branch so we still need to merge into release/rocm-rel-6.2-staging branch first :)
