Label sequences that match Pfam domains

Example: a possible mRNA (resolvase) matches Pfam PF00589.20.

There are about 1000 sequences, coming from the same publication, that are labeled as uncharacterized protein. Good group to test check for Pfam matches? http://rnacentral.org/search?q=pub_id:%22434545%22

Great example, thank you Natalia!

I tried this sequence and this one using Pfam web search but it gave no domain, only a bunch of stop codons.

Looking at the ENA entries (example) where one of the sequences came from, it seems like the product is a protein, but the type is a putative ncRNA. Not sure what the authors meant.

I guess we will accumulate more examples like this and see what needs to be done.
