lncAtlas has some good information on localisation in some different cell types. We should link to it. Ideally we should be able to link to the plots it creates but that may not be possible.

I think for the next release we should see if we can get them to:

[x] Get the website running again
[ ] See if they are willing to provide us the localization annotations
[ ] Display them using swiss prot images like in #579

I've looked at this again and it seems we can download all their data, but we cannot link to them cleanly. I think we should fetch and import their data for display. This requires some careful thinking because their annotations may be duplicates of what we already show from expression atlas.
