Enable web extension to support github.dev
Since GitHub web editor is made public recently, I'm wondering if it is possible and if there is anything we could do to make vscode-R also (partially) work as a web extension?
The guideline should be useful.
It looks like the python extension is available on the web editor, so I think (theoretically) we could get vscode-R to work! It might be useful to have some helper functions: e.g. converting file access functions to vscode.workspace.fs (such as for extensionContext.Uri)
