reditorsupport 2.8.6 not working in vsc 1.101.0

I tried installing ReEditorSupport 2.8.6 in VSCode 1.101.0 on two desktop computers, but it didn't work on either. Do you have any solutions?

vsc keeps saying "There is no formatter for 'r' files installed." after installing the REditorSupport 2.8.6.
