menu item "Format document" disappeared in v2.8.6

In v2.8.6 I am unable to reformat R code in vscode using REditorSupport. In v.2.8.5 the option is present in the left-mouse-button menu and in the control-p actions, I cannot find them in v2.8.6.

Possibly related to 1621.
