Adjust position of "Viewer"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I find it pretty frustrating that the "Viewer" only opens on the right side of the editor, and that the position where it opens cannot be changed.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow for configuration of "Viewer" position and/or allow the "Viewer" pane to remember its position last time it was moved so that unless it's being moved to a new position, it always reopens in that position.

Maybe you are looking for setting r.session.viewers.viewColumn?
