Dialogue Issues Xardas/Water mages

When you talk to them, their message queue is cleared. The underlying issue could be that the next target waypoint of their routines is still active but was blocked by some other state; Any scriptcalls to the video API are just ignored, but maybe there's something else in the script, like automatically re-talking to xardas after the video ended
