[DOCS] update the docs to include a CDN based no build usage

I think he means a iife mode, where qwik is imported as a script, and at least a version of client bootstrapping works. am i wrong?

I think by CDN he means Static Site Generation (SSG) and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR). (Terms NextJS seem to be moving away from). In general it’s about: Caching.

Would be very helpful to read a page about Caching in Qwik. (Couldn’t find it in the docs. A site wide search feature on qwik.builder.io would have been very helpful also).
