[Bug]: Image becoming squashed when pasted

Bug Description

When pasting image into Canvas and the Collapse Node extension is active, the image becomes squashed instead of maintaining its original aspect ratio.

Seems like a quick style fix can solve this really quickly.

Don't mind the content, I'm just doing security research.

To Reproduce

1. Activate the collapse node extension
2. Copy and paste an image (maybe a square) and see how it almost becomes a flat rectangle...)
