⭐ Feature Request: Add `Default Subtitle` Option in Settings

Hello, the HiAnime extension is one of the few that utilizes soft subtitles.

When you download anime through HiAnime on Animiru, it typically includes English and other languages.

Is it possible to add an option to the Settings that allows the app's video player to automatically select English as the subtitle language?

Well... Those settings are currently managed by each extension by itself, so your example needs an update.
