The tooltips are in French (not in English)

My UI language is English. Yet the tooltips on the toolbar button appear in French. [BUG]

Even the Animation WB's own button in FreeCAD shows its tooltip in French, instead of in English. Image

Desired: All tooltips should be in the chosen UI language (English in my case).
