Provide graph of CPU utilization from all qubes over time

How to file a helpful issue

The problem you're addressing (if any)

When a VM is doing heavy work in the background, I only notice this trough heat and fan noise. The CPU graph does not track the load and falsely hovers at 0% CPU usage.

The solution you'd like

Either add Xen's CPU sources to existing xfce widgets, or implement new qubes-specific widgets.

The value to a user, and who that user might be

Having a real CPU graph allows better monitoring and is less confusing.

There is one already, called "qubes domains", see here to see where is it located by default.

This issue is about having a proper graph, which Qubes Domains is lacking. Visualizing the load over time is much more valuable to many people than having just the current percentage.
