Characters containing descenders cause text in a textbox to rise slightly

Describe the bug In a textbox with text that doesn't contain characters with descenders (doesn't contain characters such as g, q, p, etc.), typing a character with a descender causes the text in the textbox to slightly rise up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click into a textbox
  2. Type "abcdef"
  3. Type "g" and observe the text rise up

Expected behavior For the text to stay at a consistent vertical position

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Version: commit 501e85b13cf1c7d68ee6426446069fafe0cb632a, but not 0.29.4
