Skipping intro when using coop mod causes weirdness

Describe the bug When playing a map that has a skippable intro with the coop mod enabled, and then skipping the intro, some weird stuff happens. Neither player's gameplay starts until the escape key is hit one time, and afterwards only player 1's gameplay starts, with player 2's gameplay never starting. If the map is played through its entirety, the results screen doesn't appear, and the exit buttons don't work either.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a map with a skippable intro (such as the map with map id 1 and mapset id 1)
2. Turn on the coop mod
3. Play map
4. Skip intro
5. Observe that gamplay doesn't start
6. Press escape once
7. Observe that only player 1 gets to play
8. Wait for map to finish
9. Observe that results screen doesn't show up, and keys to exit gameplay don't work.

Expected behavior To not have to press the escape key once to start gameplay, for both players' gameplay to work, and for the results screen to show up after the map is finished.

Retry key also works after pressing escape once, when normally in coop mode it doesn't do anything, and changes the gameplay to singleplayer.

After the singleplayer gameplay finishes, the coop mod stays enabled when back in song select.
