Consider better URL handling with backslashes

New Reddit web and mobile adds backslashes e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tree%5C_(data%5C_structure) which breaks those links in Redreader. Perhaps one could reliably detect and clean these up as backslashes are likely illegal/unusual characters for URLs anyway
