Consider wired connections in `NeverAlwaysOrWifiOnly`

Currently, wired connections (ie when connected to an usb ethernet adapter or a docking station) are treated the same as mobile data when it comes to thumbnails etc.

Not sure if the best solution would be just re-functioning "wifi only" to "not on mobile data", or adding a seperate option.
