mxgraph library update - 4.0.3

Fixes most of the layout issues related to scaling, and FF-specific bugs. It's worth updating.

It would probably be quite some time. I'm trying to work through the core mxgraph code and working up to some features I want in jupyter. But as you probably know, it's a beast of a codebase. :)
