Provide esm version / exports

As discussed in #184 (https://github.com/Qix-/color/issues/184#issuecomment-942754062) @Qix- mentioned releasing an esm version in the next release. Since there's no active Issue for this, I felt it appropriate to create one for tracking.

If we could get the above two PRs reviewed, merged, and released, then the PR for this issue could also include the new dependency versions.

This project is obviously dead, with not a single response from @Qix- for a year, even though he seems to be active in other projects.

Anybody know of a non-dead alternative or fork?
