Contributing.MD file missing

Feature description

I noticed that CONTRIBUTING.md file is missing in this repo.

I think this is the main reason why their aren't much contributors here.

And this is quite a great project.

Adding this file would attract first timers and would push the contribution to a greater length.

This is just suggestion, please what do you think?
