[WIP] GHZ state calculator

### Summary

It is a small GHZ state GUI .You just need to enter number of qubits it will entangle those qubits for you. It is based on tkinter python library .

Details and comments

For Quantum information processing or Quantum communication we need entanglement for our system . More the entanglement more we can exploit quantum mechanics . We consume tons of classical bytes daily but in future (atleast for space communication) we will be using entanglement so it is just easing that work . I got inspiration from Qiskit . It is WIP as i am thinking to make it more robust. Robust in sense more interactive , more feature , and can integrate with any other Quantum protocols too .
