[REQ] Make telefrag behavior the same for teammate/enemy at start of game

Team telefrags are common at start of game on DM3 and way back a change was made to completely omit team telefrags for a very short moment at the start of the game (yes, they aren't counted!). However the same appears not to be done for enemy telefrags which are still counted.

Suggestion: Also omit counting the frag for telefragging an enemy at start of game so no frags are awarded/deducted for initial spawn telefrags.

I would rather count all telefrags. I think it will be really hard to distinguish if someone was slow, and got telefragged because of that, or if it was the initial telefrag

I agree it should be made consistent.

It was initially changed because players were complaining about starting games -2 (and having their efficiency stat ruined) without being able to affect it. It would make sense to keep that change, but remove positive frags that you don't deserve that are caused by the map having too few spawns. Thus starting the game 0 - 0.

Another way to change it is to count all frags, but then we're back to complaint number 1.
