Unoptimised implementation added in 5914f80f296f251d34c2caaca339822c95dafebb It currently creates and destroys dynamic matrices on the fly during circuit evaluation; it would at least be a better idea to create/destroy at the start/end of ApplyCircuit. Note persisting the matrices between ApplyCircuit evaluations would be an unexpected memory overhead/leak to the user.
