add support for n>2 qubit Kraus maps

Since already supported by core QuEST, QuESTlink can leverage the same placeholder trick for general unitaries as in 5914f80f296f251d34c2caaca339822c95dafebb

They should ideally both using a circuit-persisting cache.

Note this also requires rendering in DrawCircuit
