i had same issue but i resolve mine by adding, maven { url 'https://jitpack.io'} in build.gradle(project )

repositories { google() jcenter() maven { url 'https://jitpack.io'} }

and

allprojects { repositories { google() jcenter() maven { url 'https://jitpack.io'} } }
