each modifier should specify it's maximum run time - this could even be dynamic and handled in the pre_init but it would be used to determine if it died.

`queue` for each pyclient that runs modifications, not just one big queue

It would be good, if e.g. `delete` is handled in a different queue than custom modifiers. Have a queue for each pyclient. Alternativley, remove all `default=False` modifiers from the queue.

`vis.register_modifer(..., overwrite=True)` allow editing registered modfiers.

I wonder if the default behaviour should be to overwrite an already registered modifier? Say, I spot a bug in SiMGen, then I could change the code there, and reconnect...
