wishlist: kml viewer

Thanks for the app, it is really useful :-). It would be a nice addition to be able to display kml files on top of the map.

Since the map component of OpenTopoMapViewer is using osmdroid it should be possible to follow the following example: https://github.com/MKergall/osmbonuspack/wiki/Tutorial_4. Please note that the osmbonuspack extension is required for this.
