Electricity interconnectors between countries/bidding zones can be dispatched in the day ahead simulation.
E.g. hydrogen OCGT, nuclear, Allam cycle with natural gas and CCS.
I.e. supply and demand curves for the market dispatch, including opportunity costs of storage and DSM.
Interconnectors can be added in a separate step. Need load and VRE data.
