Unittest folding

Hello, thanks for the cool plugin. I have an idea to share.

It is annoying that built-in unittests mix up with normal code in the same file and take up to 1/2 lines of code. It would be good folding API use case to hide these unittests by default, and, of course, add a setting to disable this behaviour.
