Failed to connect to PTT while PTT2 is Good

Hi As far as I know, all cloud hosts have been blocked by PTT. The next version of PyPtt is trying to bypass this restriction.

Not finished. In the Github version code, it has `daemon=True` at [Line 134](https://github.com/prprprus/PyMySQLPool/blob/master/pymysqlpool/pool.py#L134). But it is not updated to PyPi.

Python 3.13 support

Based on the following article: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/SYSOP/M.1649953913.A.02D.html Can we consider removing telnet support?
