Certificates - Install certificate on Android - Emulators. Add possibility to select emulator(s) for overrride

Why this feature/change is important?

I'm QA Engeneer and often need to override/revert override proxy only for specific device(-s) but now I can't

@almaz010891 you should use the latest version, it ships with a new Android Emulator Setup Guide.

  • It allows you to override all emulators or devices (via adb and USB)
  • Install the certificate on the system, and you can skip the 3.1 and 3.2 steps
