[feature request] allow split tunneling changes when connection is on

Currently, we need to turn the vpn off (and transmit in clear) to change split tunnelling configuration.

Instead, we should be able to change the reconnection and have a "reconnect" button to apply the changes.

Hello D4nte, This feature was considered internally already, and we will do it eventually, just can't provide any ETA atm for that.
