Inconsistent color palettes when creating and editing folders and labels

Hi, I've noticed that the color palette for new folders and labels differs depending on from where the folder/label is created:

1. In the Inbox view, when cliking + icon the color palette is "richer" and offers 20 colors to choose from: 4 rows x 5 colors:

2. In the Settings view, when clicking 'Add folder' or 'Add label`, the color palette is "poorer" and offers only 10 colors: 2 rows x 5 colors:

When editing folders/labels the palette is also "poorer" even if the color has been chosen from the "richer" palette:
