Missing middle click to pick block in creative mode

I know this is literally well known and the last problem in PSPE but for Win10Ed map builders this can be freaking annoying so I am reporting this anyway

Of course, feel free to report all these kinds of things! This one is a bit tricky as it requires quite some bukkit hackery. (PSPE lets the server decide block pick while java decides for itself in this case) This is thus likely to be taken up in PSPS in a while.
