Partybuffs/debuffing

I placed these folders into my addons folder and tried loading. Says I'm needing the .dll file? I'm curious on how to fix this? I'm new with trying to install addon that don't come from ashita.

also there's a addon i saw for ashita but never could find it, i think some would like this more than partybuffs? to see the party actual debuffs.
