Fix: Corrected typos in documentation and test files

Changes

1. File: docs/OrderValidator.md

   • Fixed a typo by changing "arbitary" to "arbitrary" (Line 41).

2. File: test/basic.spec.ts

   • Fixed a typo by changing "restriced" to "restricted" (Line 3115).
