Username/Password incorrect when trying to update plugin in nami\wordpress

I've searched everything, tried every suggestion\answer I found and nothing works. I know I'm using the correct Username and Password because I can connect using ftp in a command window or using Winscp. Unfortunately, no matter what I do it doesn't work in wordpress on projectnami. Some answers\suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can't believe I'm the only person that has experienced this. I'm running on a VPS that I manage using Windows Server 2016.
